By downloading or using QuipAi, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description QuipAi is a communication coaching app that provides AI-generated analysis, suggestions, practice scenarios, and lessons to help users improve their messaging and conversation skills. All suggestions are provided for assistance and educational purposes only.
2. User Responsibilities You are responsible for how you use the analysis and suggestions generated by the app. QuipAi provides guidance, but you decide what to send and how to communicate. You agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes QuipAi does not guarantee any specific results, accuracy, or outcomes from generated responses or coaching. The app is a tool to support your own judgment, not a replacement for it.
4. Subscriptions and Payments QuipAi offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase:

• Weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial, then 7.99 EUR/week
• Weekly subscription at 5.99 EUR/week
• Lifetime access for a one-time payment of 59.99 EUR

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

1. Acceptable Use Misuse of the app, including using it to harass, deceive, or harm others, is prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.
2. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
